Nottingham Forest sack Sean Dyche as head coach

Nottingham Forest have confirmed the immediate dismissal of Sean Dyche as head coach, ending his tenure at the City Ground.

In an official club statement, Forest thanked Dyche and his coaching staff for their contributions during his time in charge and wished them well for the future. The club added that no further comments would be made at this time.
The decision comes amid ongoing scrutiny of the team’s performance in the Premier League, with Forest having struggled to maintain consistent results despite a promising start to the 2025-26 campaign under Dyche. The former Everton and Burnley manager was appointed in late 2024 to steady the ship following a turbulent period.

No details on an interim replacement or the search for a new permanent head coach have been released yet.
